Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At The Refill House, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to work with you to find a solution.
Shipping
We currently ship eligible non-liquid products within the continental United States.
At this time, refill products and most liquid products are available only through local pickup or local delivery to help ensure product quality and minimize the environmental impact of shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information, when available.
The Refill House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email with pickup instructions once their order is ready.
Please pick up your order within the timeframe provided.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available in select areas.
Delivery dates and times will be coordinated after your order is placed.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order when applicable.
Out-of-Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur. If you purchase an item that is no longer available, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
You may choose to:
Receive a full refund for the unavailable item, or
Exchange it for a similar item of equal value (or apply the value toward another product).
We will never substitute an item without your approval.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened, and resalable non-refill items within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@therefillhouse.com before sending any items back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and sustainability reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Refill products including dishwasher tablets and toilet bombs
Opened personal care products
Used household products
Custom or special-order items
Pre-made kits
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number along with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your account.
